 After my son Jonathan came down from Uni, he bought these two houses to let to other students and we maintain them to a high standard.  They have been cleverly modernised and double glazed, with large welcoming lounges, and large fully fitted kitchens with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. All the bedrooms have double beds, are a similar size, and are internet ready, hard wired.  You will enjoy full central heating and a large flat screen TV in each house.  There is a shower/bathroom and toilet on every floor – six in all (three per house) or one for every two rooms.  Each house has its own burglar alarm and a lovely shared patio at the back for summer BBQs together.
As well as being Jon’s Dad, I am your quickly responsive landlord (!) with an efficient, local maintenance team.
