Accredited Landlords are all independent landlords providing high quality, rented accommodation in Selly Oak to students wishing to live near the University of Birmingham campus.
We have been working with students in Birmingham for many years and are consequently very familiar with the issues that students face when moving into a student property for the first (or second) time.
We manage our own viewings, we charge no administration or sign-up fees, the landlord is the direct point of contact for any query and because we are based locally, it’s never a problem if something needs fixing; we have local trades and maintenance teams on hand to act quickly.
We specialise in student property and we have a wide range available, from two bed flats to 12 bed house shares.
All our student properties are located in Selly Oak within a few minutes’ walk to the University of Birmingham, regular bus services and University and Selly Oak train stations.
Our landlords are accredited with the Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme (MLAS). Managed by the ‘Homestamp Consortium’ which includes the University of Birmingham and Birmingham City Council, MLAS recognises and accredits good landlords who provide their tenants with high quality, safe accommodation.
We take our responsibilities as landlords very seriously and we value our accredited status as a sign of our professionalism and commitment to providing excellent service to our tenants. Accreditation provides a benchmark for standards of landlord competence and quality of property offered by our group.
In addition we are all members of the National Landlords Association.
